Sorry It's Been a While

With the deployment, time has slipped by and I haven't posted.

Here is one of my photos that I processed 2 different ways using Lightroom Presets.

Enjoy and Happy week before Thanksgiving!

Lightroom Presets

Have you used Lightroom? I bought Photoshop first and learned it to the best of my ability. I started seeing the most amazing presets for Lightroom and what's a girl to do? I bought it and I'm trying to learn how to use it. I am blown away with the ease of use with the presets in Lightroom.

I have found 2 amazing photographers that create INCREDIBLE presets for Lightroom. After you shoot in RAW (you are shooting in RAW, right?), you will import the photos into Lightroom and you can just scroll through the presets to see how each one looks. Everything is fully adjustable. It's amazing to me how many different looks each photo can have just by running different presets.

ONE WILLOW is the name of presets created by Jessica Paige.

Lightroom Presets by Rebecca Lily are my other favorites!

Here is one photo... imported RAW and simply added one preset to each. One click and exported! Crazy easy and so beautiful! Head on over to their sites and try them for yourself!

Candle Light Dinner

The other night our utility company brilliantly decided to do maintenance from 5:30-11:30 pm. (No warning btw). Anyway, as we sat around the table eating the ice cream that was melting in the freezer... by candle light, I couldn't help but admire the beautiful light it projected onto my daughter's face. I got my tripod and camera and started snapping away. With a shutter speed of about 5 seconds this is the best photo I got in the dark that night. I love it!

POTD - 9/7

Happy Labor Day! I love my little man's eyelashes! He could be the poster child for Latisse without ever having used it.
